Eating disorders may be visible such as severe weight loss, as well as hidden, such as binge-eating. It’s not easy admitting that you have an eating disorder. You may convince yourself and others that you have a strict diet and exercise routine, but eating disorders can make your body become the enemy. Each eating disorder story is different and we want to listen to yours.
