Eating Disorders

Do you find yourself restricting your food because of an intense fear of gaining weight? Have you eaten an abnormally large amount of food and thrown up, used laxatives, or exercised an excessive amount to keep the weight off? Eating disorders may be visible such as severe weight loss, as well as hidden, such as binge-eating. It’s not easy admitting that you have an eating disorder. You may convince yourself and others that you have a strict diet and exercise routine, but eating disorders can make your body become the enemy. Each eating disorder story is different and we want to listen to yours.
