Have you been struggling with shame from your past, or with low self esteem? Or maybe you’re experiencing difficulty in some of your relationships? Taylor works with young adults and adults who experience anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and challenging life transitions.
Taylor works with clients to help them become the healthiest versions of themselves. She believes an empathetic space to process through thoughts and emotions can be transformative in a person’s life. Using a collaborative approach, Taylor walks alongside clients to identify their hang ups and challenges, and develop new coping strategies to overcome their symptoms. She helps clients to set tangible goals and take practical steps toward a more joyful and confident life.
Taylor is a Dallas native. She attended Texas A&M University and received her B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Communication, and is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. She has experience working in both the non-profit and private practice settings with a variety of age groups and backgrounds.
